After the training and installation of the solution, questions will arise about the use of the SalesAchiever™ solution. Help desk consultants will call you weekly for the first two months to answer any questions which you might have and to ensure that all is running smoothly.
The support team are always available to answer and questions regarding Project-SalesAchiever™.
Maintenance:
Project-SalesAchiever™ has regular enhancements and features added each year. The software maintenance service includes all these enhancements and any fixes.
Partnership:
