Project management:
With over fifteen years experience in managing software projects we help our clients successfully set up and implement Project-SalesAchiever™.
The starting point of any project is the project team which is made up of representatives from each group including managers from Sales, Marketing and IT. This team design the specification for Project-SalesAchiever™.
We do not believe in rolling out software to all users until a pilot has been run. This gives everyone the opportunity to evaluate the software and allows for fine tuning and more strategic reports to be created. Once we and our Client are fully satisfied then the software is implemented throughout the company using our system experts from the pilot team as references and advisors to the salesforce.
Using your existing data:
It is important for users that data inputting should be kept to a minimum. A software solution is far more acceptable when it holds familiar information. With this in mind, we import data from a variety of sources held within a business.
In addition Project-SalesAchiever™ incorportates key features that aids with the cleansing of the data for the client, correcting phone number, standardising initial captials for example and ensuring all towns counties and postcodes are correct.
Software installation:
The SalesAchiever™ team will carry out all the installation and thoroughly test communications and new reports.
