Excel Publishing Limited has strengthened its partnering agreement with SalesAchiever™ through the launch of the ‘Excel Construction Intelligence System’ using SalesAchiever™ software. Excel is one of the largest independent publishing houses in the UK, and has a large portfolio of construction titles.
This includes ‘Building and Engineer’, ‘Public Sector Housing’, ‘First Move Construction’, ‘Retail Property
and Development’, plus specialist magazines for the social and private housing sectors, published in three
regional editions (‘Northern, Midland and Southern Housing’).
Excel also publish Yearbooks,
Directories and Reviews for clients such as RIBA, including the ‘National Directory of Practices’ and ‘Planning in London’. Patrick Rafter, Managing
Director of Excel, says that “this new system will add real value to Excel construction titles for our subscribers, plus it will create added value for SalesAchiever™ with increased brand and product awareness through our readership”.
SalesAchiever™ CRM will be promoted as ‘Excel Construction Intelligence direct their journalism and powered by SalesAchiever™’. Excel is also installing SalesAchiever™ throughout their construction division, to support the editorial teams with up to the minute planning, project and market information. This will assist them to highlight selected projects for editorial features and comments.
