This is to allow them to use it in the individual and tailored ways that are the most appropriate to their business.

CIS realised that they had almost reached the limits of both their original system and its supplier’s capabilities.

Fortunately they quickly identified SalesAchiever™ CRM as an alternative, which is much more capable, SalesAchiever™ is the leading SalesAchiever™ and is much more flexible and yet technically sophisticated , for CIS’s increasingly computer literate customers.   Very importantly for the critical system reliability that is essential in the market intelligence business, it is also extremely well proven and very robust in operation.

SalesAchiever™ is therefore now being installed to hold, manage and manipulate the entire CIS database and all future input, then it will produce all of the automatic and bespoke reports generated for CIS’s customers.   

As a result of seeing what the system can do for their business, CIS are also now providing an additional service to their customers. They will now have the option to install SalesAchiever™ as the lead tracking, database management and CRM software in their own organisations. This will all be supported by CIS who have been appointed as the exclusive reseller of the system for Ireland.
