ClickNetherfield are a market-leading manufacturer, responsible for the design, build and installation of showcases in many of the world’s most prestigious museums and galleries. With over 80 members of staff based at headquarters in Livingstone, Scotland and around the UK, as well as many working on projects abroad, having a centrally accessed database for all customer and project information, was critical.
ClickNetherfield recognised early on their need for a CRM solution that had the added functionality of projects and quotations. Unable to find this functionality within mainstream, customer centric CRM software systems, they widened their search into the construction industry. Project-SalesAchiever™ was initially rolled out to the sales and estimating, business development and marketing teams. Implementation was very straightforward due to the ease of use of the software and buy-in was quickly achieved. Following these successes, Project-SalesAchiever™ is now also being rolled out to the project management team.

The main objective for ClickNetherfield was to get a single view of all their data, which includes Companies, Projects, Contacts, Quotes and Activity. Since implementation, the senior management team now have a clearer picture of the business and are able to target resource and make cost savings more effectively. With its simple reporting and powerful search functionality they have seen a marked improvement in focusing the sales team.
